That is the one aspect of Meson I do like. The clear build options. Not a super fan of it being in its own file. But does make it easy to access, and clear for all to see what options a package has at build time. On area cmake is still lacking. I do not recall any easy or clear means to get all targets. Short of running configure, after cmake generated that. Do you have a URL or something for bear? I cannot find any information on that, my search fu is weak. Not sure if an ebuild for Gentoo exists.
