yes. packages.enlightenment.org is setup as a generic placew to put pre-built
packages for os's and distros. it should be laid out so that it can be used for
any number of os's/distros

eg

packages.enlightenment.org/debian/ <- for debian stuff
packages.enlightenment.org/fedora/ <- for fedora stuff
packages.enlightenment.org/windows/ <- for win32 desktop stuff

etc.

there is a base dir - we should have an index.html there with a quick summary
of whats there and links to it.
