no. he just wants to merge all the packaging info we have in svn into a
packages dir. ie now we have

evas/debian/*
evas/evas.spec.in

thats for deb and rpm. now he wants to add package info for windows packaging.
but he wants to clean it up so its:

evas/packages/debian/*
evas/packages/evas.spec.in
... and
evas/packages/windows-packaging.ini (or whatever it is)

what i dont know is... will this break any package building for people? i don't
know that. debian info not being in the base dir of the src is unusual - i
havent seen it outside of there before. so i don't know.
