uhm, not really :)
the intl mailing list should be used to discuss only translations to non
english languages, so anybody can send po files, can spot out typos, can ask
about ways to generate and/or edit files to translate, and so on.
the report from rustyBSD was instead about coding, or can involve code
changes, so it should belong to this mailing list.
