I do continuous packaging for openSUSE with open build service https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/X11:Enlightenment:Nightly, i can add some more distro's if it is requested. So i don't have a issue i think it is better to have frequent smaller releases then less frequent big ones, Qt for example also uses a 3ish month cycle.
