Nop, nop, nop :-) As I said, you can define two elementary profile.
One for your PC screen and one for your TV screen. The scale being
part of that profile, it will just work nicely. All of that logic is
already there in Enlightenment, Elementary and it work. The only issue
is that the configuration for doing that behavior is to say the least
impossible to find and do.

I think so to as the UI to configure elementary and enlightenment is
really not user friendly in any way of form. That need to be fixed
first.
