Nobody did spoke up having a problem with it so I put this no as
schedule for 1.15 into the wiki
https://phab.enlightenment.org/w/efl_and_elementary_1_15/

This means you can now add 8 re-occurring events into your calendar to
have all efl release stuff covered
First Monday in January: freeze starts
First Monday in February: release

First Monday in April: freeze starts
First Monday in May: release

First Monday in July: freeze starts
First Monday in August: release

First Monday in October: freeze starts
First Monday in November: release
