Hi, After looking at someone working with OSX, I have found that its window decorations are very convenient and readable, and make figuring out which window has the focus very easy. So I have been looking for a nice aqua theme. I tried one from freshmeat (this one: http://themes.freshmeat.net/projects/aqua_/?topic_id=60%2C952) but I could not find out how to turn off all the extra stuff (the dock for instance, which is hiding my iconbox, and the bars at the top of the desktop ...), and it did not look as good as the one showed in today's Linux.Ars (http://arstechnica.com/etc/linux/index.html) (this might be purely subjective, but the stripes are more visible and the font is less readable).
I'd be very happy just to be able to use the freshmeat theme without the extra, but simply removing the dock directory did not seem to help. Any hint on theme tweaking, or suggestion for another aqua theme ? Thanks a lot, Alan Schmitt -- The hacker: someone who figured things out and made something cool happen.
