I have used AquaX during my aqua phase. It's the best resemblance to the real aqua. With the gtk1 and gtk2 aqua themes along with AquaX for E you will have a truly consistent appearance. The bad news is that I can't find this theme when I tried to look for it just now. However, if I do find it I'll post a link.
Pardon me. It's been a while since I used this theme so I was confusing the gtk theme AquaX for the E theme AquaE. The theme you want is AquaE. It should be in the usual places on the net. If not, let me know and I'll host it for you.
