I may have efm sources somewhere on my CDs, but try to search here: http://e1x.codewordt.co.uk/ - I'm positive I have found a link to efm sources there a year ago.
I found them by searching with Google. An "Andrew", whose name I'm familiar with from this list, is hosting them. Says he pulled them from CVS just before E moved everything to sourceforge, during which time efm was dropped.
