Yes.The rev I have, though, was looking for a libImlib.so.1 ; my system has libImlib.so.11 which I soft-linked to libImlib.so.1. Do you guys think this could be the problem?
Do *not* softlink libImlib.so.11 to libImlib.so.1 on RedHat distributions. It will *not* work.
If you really want enlightenment-0.16.5 on RedHat >= 8.0, you must either get a compatible rpm or compile from source.
To get enlightenment-0.16.6 running on RH-8.0, RH-9, or Fedora Core 1,Also, I'm a bit confused about downloading 0.16.6. There seems to be 30+ RPMs all interdependencies. Is there a easier way to download/install an enlightenment distribution that perhaps has all the various components?
all you need is the rh9 rpm's for enlightenment and fnlib from the SourceForge download page. The rest of the prerequisites are part of the distribution.
