It is. Try "middle mouse"->"Help".For the people maintaining or developping E: This might be something to be included in the documentation for E: a list of all the sortcuts and keyboard/mouse combinations and the actions they produce. Personally, I discovered them by fiddling around, and I still discover new ones from time to time. Mostly, the modifier keys are <Alt>, <Ctrl> and sometimes the "Windows Key" when it's active in X.
