Ah, I understand now.  One of the things I did to make this a little
nicer was add a launcher for all for all of the applications that I
would be running.  This caused engage to just make the "little" icons
around the main icon representing running sessions.
This isn't a permanent fix and it would be nice to have the option of
turning off the "showing open windows" feature.

It appears to me that the icons that appear in the engage module after
applications are launched is intended. Its kind of like a window list,
that groups similar applications. Which is ok, but I hate it.

What I am getting at is I'd love to have Ibar use the Zooming/Stretching
of Engage. So maybe Engage could have an option to turn off the 'window
list' part like it turn off the status bar part, and just show the
launchers.
