Ah, I understand now. One of the things I did to make this a little nicer was add a launcher for all for all of the applications that I would be running. This caused engage to just make the "little" icons around the main icon representing running sessions. This isn't a permanent fix and it would be nice to have the option of turning off the "showing open windows" feature.
