well.. there is a lot of (unnecessary) padding in the cells..
to display all the numbers, it has to be positively huge..
279 pixels wide is the narrowest possible as of right now
Visually, at that point, there could fit one more digit into the cells.
Ideally, I think the numbers should scale with the calendar.. but I
suppose *that* might be a job for an alternate theme..
