I'm getting results halfway between what Vasek is getting, and what you
are getting Kim.

When going to http://aktualne.centrum.cz/  
either using the default winter theme using VeraBd/7 or changing the
border font to:
font-border             "DejaVu Sans-7:bold"

I see in the window title bar:
Aktuáln

But the html of the page says the Title should be:
<title>Aktuálně - Aktuálně.cz</title>

Do you see the full title?
