And it used to work with the defaults. But it works now with the step
size set to 10, and seems to be interpreting that as a percentage.
It's not the actual brightness increment, either...
/sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/max_brightness has a value of
4882, so an increment of 10 there wouldn't be noticeable.

Yes, in fact i need it most when i'm currently in the lower right
desktop of a 2x2 layout. But even if there wasn't, wrapping should
take care of that. I can be on that same lower right desktop and move
to any of the other corners to get to the top left desktop. Just not
the more intuitive top left corner!
