Thank you all ! One more question, then: Does "authentications" mean MAC authentications or user authentications?

They tell me it’s the number of authentications seen by the NAC in a 24 hour period from midnight to midnight… Regards, Steve Fetcie SUNY Canton From: Wayne Lunsford [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, August 29, 2013 12:35 PM To: Enterasys Customer Mailing List Subject: [enterasys] NAC "Active" Users On the "Configuration" tab of our NAC appliances, there is a field called "End-System Capacity" which displays a something like "2500/3000 (83%)". I know the second number (3000) is the number of licenses we have for this device. What does the 2500 number represent? I had thought it meant "active" (simultaneous) connections, but in our case, that number is far greater than the number of DHCP addresses available to clients that use the NAC. Can someone shed some light on this for us? --To unsubscribe from enterasys, send email to [email protected] with the body: unsubscribe enterasys [email protected] --To unsubscribe from enterasys, send email to [email protected] with the body: unsubscribe enterasys [email protected] --- To unsubscribe from enterasys, send email to [email protected] with the body: unsubscribe enterasys [email protected]
