Since most of your customers are using Mac OS , its a client with both A/n and 
G/N radio . 
Try to do few things : 
1. Use Radio Preference group ( under AP window there is Load group , create 
few groups - e.g one per floor let say) . It will push muximum number of people 
to use cleaner A/N 
2. Disable DCS , or put it in monitor mode. 
3. On 2.4 Radio choose G/N instead of B/G/N , unless you know of having B-only 
clients. 
4. You can try to enable MPDU aggregation on both radios. 

33 clients per AP is not a big number.
