After laying too much on the TODO list, today i've tried CCK2.
Impressive!!! Good work, Mike!

Still i've some question (general one, not specific on troubles). So i
think i can post here...

The one is rather simple: CCK2 work also on Thunderbird? Google say me
that other asked you that, Mike, but i've not found answers. ;-)
Probably the right answer is ''it depend'': most of the setting are in
common between TB/FF, and most of setting are ineffective if does not
exist (eg, i can 'Pref("i.dont.exist", true)', but clearly i do
nothing ;).
Clearly, will be missing all the specific TB settings.

Right?

The second, less simply: in this years with plain 'Autoconfig' i was
abused at adding comments around '.js' and '.cfg' files, making little
notes to me, with URL references, ...
Your interface is wonderful, but i miss the direct editing, and my
comments. ;-)

There's a way to manage directly the cck2.cfg file? Probably it will
suffice to have a repository (GIT?) for the cck2/modules/ folder and
some documentation of the variables to set in cck2.cfg...

Thanks.
