This is not a bug -- this is because the Palm does not support recurring
tasks. Since this is the case, it makes sense that the task is not synced
to the Palm. Consider the following.
1) Create a recurring task in Entourage.
2) Sync. (The task gets moved to the Palm, as single task)
3) Mark it completed on the Palm.
4) Sync. It gets marked as completed in Entourage, the new "occurrence" of
the task is created in Entourage.
** The key here is that Entourage only stores ONE copy of the task and
reschedules it -- it does not make NEW task, it simple makes the same one
appear again. So, when synced with the Palm again, this appears as the same
task as originally created and is not synced.
Now you might say, why not just make it a new task on the Palm? Here's why:
Let's continue assuming that also in step 4 it created a new task for the
next day. Now if you sync again Entourage would see it as a new task
(because the Palm doesn't have any way of telling Entourage it is related to
same task from the day before) and transfers it from the Palm -- now you
have two copies of the task in Entourage.
Make sense?
