Entourage (And Outlook Express before it) create a file called "cache.lck"
in the Temporary Items folder. The warning by the author of AutoPurge is to
not run his utility while applications are running since they might not mark
these Temporary Items as being in use. According to him Entourage is one of
those applications. However, according to Eradicator 1.5 the file is, in
fact, marked as being in use (it calls it an "Internet Explorer document",
creator code "MSIE", 16 bytes).
