At least on my system this file is created immediately on launch of
Entourage and Entourage only. I don't have to read or view an HTML mail
message for it to be created in the Temporary Items... I just have to launch
Entourage (No other software is running other than DragThing and I know *IT*
didn't create the file ;-).

I wasn't really concerned about it, but I am interested now since I am
getting the impression that Dan and you don't seem to know that the file is
automatically created. I do believe you when you say that it is created by
either IE or the IE Control (Depending on which was activated first, no
doubt), however, it seems that Entourage loads the IE Control upon launch
making the distinction moot.
