I am an atypically busy poster today!

I don't often refer to the documentation for software. I'm of the belief
that you're waiving the white flag if you resort to manuals or online
documentation. ;-)

However, I have "given up" a couple of times since getting Office 2001 and
have gone to the Office Assistant in Entourage to look something up.
Honestly, I haven't taken the time to pinpoint under what circumstances this
occurs, but I've found that the Office Assistant in Entourage seems to react
independently from the Office Assistant in the remaining Office software.

Specifically, I've brought up the OA in Entourage by selecting "Microsoft
Entourage Help" from the Help menu and the OA doesn't quite finish drawing,
coming up with a gray display, but still accepting input. When this happens
there is no way to dismiss the Assistant other than turning him off (Not
just closing his floating window, but having to select "Turn Assistant Off"
in the Help menu). I've also found that launching Word and bringing up the
OA there lets the animation complete so that I can then switch to Entourage
and close the window.

Also the window size of the Office Assistant is stored separately for
Entourage than for the rest of the Office applications.

Is there a separate OA for Entourage than for the rest of Office? Is there
an easy fix for the redraw problem I'm experiencing in Entourage's OA?
