Okay, now I'll confuse things completely!
I have not even USED the OA in Entourage, that I recall, but I have seen
this identical behavior (empty grey box, won't go away unless dismissed from
Help Menu) in MS Word. I think it is something wrong with the OA in general,
not just in Entourage.
