I have noticed this behavior in Entourage, but not in Word. OA seems to work
fine in Word, including dismissing it with the Close box. In Entourage, if
you click in the grey area, then click Options, go to the Gallery, and page
back and forth through the various Assistants, the grey box then turns into
the proper graphic. The Close box still didn't work, though. HOWEVER, after
quitting, restarting, and relaunching Entourage, both the OA and the Close
box now work perfectly, except that "Turn OA On" doesn�t respond to the
first click, but the second try works. And if you close OA from the Close
box, the menu still says "Turn OA Off." Clicking this changes the menu to
"Turn OA On" but has no apparent effect on the OA itself. Interesting bug.
