INSTALLATION
Put Open Contact Name E script into the Entourage Script Menu Items folder
in the Microsoft Users Data folder in your Documents folder.
It's not an application, it's an Entourage script. The keyboard command
doesn't work from the finder (i.e. Apple menu), only from within Entourage.
It's Entourage's implementation of keyboard commands that it uses, which
only works in E.
If you want a keyboard command to open it from the Finder (why?) you'd have
to get OneClick or another macro, or try OSA Menu 1.2.2 (Not Lite):

But my experience with OSA Menu attempting keyboard commands is that it
often crashes the computer.
