That's not right. Does your copy of the script have the "\omO" at the end of
its name?:

Open Contact Name E \omO

If not, just add it. Maybe you have another script with the same shortcut,
or a macro utility (OneClick, KeyQuencer, QuicKeys), or OSA Menu,  which
uses option-command-O as a universal key-shortcut? They would conflict.
Change one or the other to a shortcut not already taken.

If the script has the \omO ending, as it should, and there's no conflict, it
will work.
