That's good. I'm glad it worked. Now, once again, do you have a macro
utility or control strip module that uses keyboard commands system-wide? It
might well get in the way of other commands as well.

I see that in the Finder, option-command-O opens the original of an alias.
But if you're not in the Finder that shouldn't affect Entourage. You must
have had something else interfering. It might be interfering with other
keyboard shortcuts as well if you don't track it down.
