Thanks for the fast response. That gives me enough info to lean on the
Exchange server admin folks. Hopefully they can find something to set in
Exchange or get some support from MS on the Exchange side.
And thanks for the rule suggestion. Hadn't thought of a rule being able to
do that.
Do you know offhand what the proper charset should be for Shift JIS?
