No, 'fraid not. (Frayed knot) It's been discussed repeatedly on the list. If
MS is going to do anything about it they have plenty of user input on the
topic. Plus, the cache thing is supposed to contain only most recent/most
frequently seen names, but it does not appear to have a very intelligent
algorithm for determining what names to retain. After a while, though, you
will notice that the most frequent names (in your Address Book or not) will
appear at the top of the popup autocompletion menu, which is nice.
