You can get my script Sort by Field E at
AppleScript Central
<http://www.applescriptcentral.com/>
or AppleScripts for Entourage & Outlook Express
<http://homepage.mac.com/berkowit28/>
and choose Sort by Zip.
That will get you a "message" whose text is a list which sorts contacts
with their default email addresses included by Zip. You can print it out,
or click on any of the email addresses to open an email message addressed to
the contact, or just gaze at it.
Will that do what you want? Or perhaps it can adapted - or a second script
can be run on this list.
