I could include another script that will make a new Group out of any of the
Sort by Field messages, including the Sort by Zip list. That would have real
contacts sorted in the order of the Field Sort (although they would have
little @ signs, rather than contact icons. since E's scripting doesn't allow
for that). You could open the group (whenever you want) and command-select
or shift-select the group members you want. A little 2-line script I could
write would then switch you to the Address Book itself with the same
contacts selected there. You could then run George's script or any other
script that depends on selected contacts in the Address Book.
Would that be what you want?
