How to open winmail.dat file?

Hello everyone,

Sorry if this is super basic, but a colleague just sent me some Pagemaker
files attached to an email. When I saved them they appear as one large
winmail.dat file...

How can I open this? (Covering myself with newbie flame-retardant
blanket...).
