That's good. Thanks for the info, Omar, and it's consistent with what I've
run into. People sending in RTF weren't aware they were doing so, they just
did their regular send and didn't really want to know what I was talking
about.
In your last sentence, do you mean "Outlook (Outlook 10) does not default to
RTF any longer" (you wrote "HTML")?
