Actually RTF is the default format that Outlook is configured to send styled
text in. However, if they are in an Exchange 2000 environment, I believe the
server corrects outbound mail and converts it to HTML. The next version of
Outlook (Outlook 10) does not default to HTML any longer, and always
converts outbound mail to HTML.
