Anyone encounter Entourage launching OE via AppleScript?

When it kept doing it, I removed all my OE installations, and now Entourage
pops-up every so often with a error dialog stating "The script could not be
run. <OK>"  From that point until the next time I quit Entourage, the
Entourage icon flashes in the Application Menu in the Menu Bar.
