You have an applescript that was designed to be used for OE installed in
your scripts folder.
This scrit may be triggered either manually (by selecting the script from
the script menu), by a mail Rule when mail is received, or by a schedule.
Go through all your scripts and look for the telltale Tell Application
"Outlook Express" line.
