When you receive an attachment that's larger than your "partially retrieve
messages larger than xxx K" setting (you see the attachment, but it's grayed
out and you only have the "remove" option for the file) how do you tell it
to get the remainder of the message? Claris Emailer had a "get entire
message at next connection" option, but I'm seeing nothing of that sort
here.
