Well, if you already have your folders made that is the only answer. If,
however, you are still setting them up, new folders follow the format of
your Inbox. Set that as you would like it and then create your new folders.
(This might actually be faster, depending upon the number of
folders/messages. Set the Inbox as you like it and create new folders and
move your messages.)
