Just a quick question, first Gary. When I last knew you, you were still
using OS 8.1. I think 8.5 is minimum for Entourage. Have you upgraded your
OS?
2nd question: Do you have any mail rules with more than 9 criteria? This is
a known issue which tech support should have asked you. If you do, rewrite
them into more rules with fewer criteria. Otherwise, yes, you will crash
every time you try to check mail.
