The issue *was* the "Rules with >9 Criteria" issue.
I haven't run a Schedule with >9 Actions ... is that also a problem?
(I don't want to move them if not, and I won't run that schedule right now,
so I won't crash!)

I have no problem running Office apps under 8.1. I do have CarbonLib,
NavSvcs and a few other 8.5-ish things installed...dont' know if that helps
or hurts my 'compatability' with most apps.
Also, since your the pro, will most of my scripts work if I change the App
reference inside the script? (That's probably a very silly question, eh?)
