Why wouldn't you want to propagate standard format files that are compatible
between the two systems??

You have just listed two files that are very likely to be sent from one
system to another, so in fact Entourage and Outlook should add these to File
Exchange. Note in my other posting, Windows Internet Explorer uses a mail
message format to store web pages saved as files.

Regarding the two you mention - what are the corresponding Windows file
extensions? M822 would be a text file, is VCrd also a text file?
