I find that launching IE first is still critical. Also, I find that I still
crash on some days. I believe this is when quit IE and reboot it - maybe it
catches the memory resident outlook copy  of the shared libraries. I try and
keep an IE window open, but this may be superstitious behaviour generated by
infrequent punishment.
