Except you can't really. That's a limitation: I have made a feature request
(on the beta list) to make such a thing possible, only yesterday.
Here it is for everyone's benefit (?):
The Date criteria for Calendar Event custom views are pretty weak.
You can only get
Date <Is less than> ? days from today --meaning the past only
Date <Is greater than> ? days from today --meaning the future only
Date <Is> ? days from today
Date <Is not> ? days from today
So you can get every event in the past up to 7 days ago, or every event in
the future starting from 7 days from now, for example, but you can't get
every event last month or in the past 3 months. You should be able to do
this:
<If ALL criteria are met>
Date <Is less than> 0 days from today
Date <Is greater than> 90 days from today -- in the PAST
At the moment, that doesn't work (you get no events) because "greater than"
always means "in the future". You could either add another pop-up
Date <PAST | FUTURE>
or just add two more items to the preset popup:
Date <In the past is earlier than> ? days from today
Date <In the past is later than> ? days from today
Date <In the future is earlier than> ? days from today
Date <In the future is later than> ? days from today
Date <Is> ? days from today
Date <Is not> ? days from today
At the moment, someone I know with 1500 past events has to sit there waiting
for all of them to show up before he can select one for duplicating. But if
he could specify just events of the past month or three, it would be much
faster.
(Of course, if events could actually be selected, and seen by AppleScript,
in the Calendar itself, this would be less necessary. But both features
would be nice! :-)
