I'm just saying, given our resources, I'd rather do Palm features that all
our Palm customers will enjoy, not just those that use a third party app.

The Palm hasn't fundamentally changed since 1.0. I don't understand why it
still doesn't have Category support for Calendar, multiple addresses for
contacts, unlimited categories. This limitation existed in the early days
when the palm was 128 and 512 K (I had a Pilot 1000). However, now they are
at least 2 MB. They should just buy DateBK 3/4 and replace their built in
apps and make everyone happy (including the developers who spend hours
figuring out how to map data back and forth).
