I think it would be interesting to know what those five scripts of your own
are that you use daily. My list of indispensable scripts includes:

[Note: I wanted to include ASC URLs where available, and I have for my
scripts. But other people's, no, because suddenly I can't get thru to
AppleScriptcentral.com. First iTools (where I have my script archive) goes
off line, and now ASC! Frustrating!]

Backup Erage Folder [Jeff Porten at [EMAIL PROTECTED]]

Create Dated Journal Entry

Open Custom View <http://applescriptcentral.com/ftpinwin.php?id=185>

Open Unread Messages <http://applescriptcentral.com/ftpinwin.php?id=189>

Most of those have assigned keyboard shortcuts so that I invoke them with a
key combination, e.g., Cmd-Control-V to "Open Custom View" pops up a list of
all my custom views and lets me select one; Cmd-Control-U is hard-coded to
open my Unread Messages custom view. Control-N does "Next Folder", which
gives me an alternate method of traversing through my unread messages folder
by folder, instead of having all the topics intermingled.

My two scripts for cleaning subject and ads from mailing lists get used
often by rules applied to incoming messages:

Strip [*] Headers From Subject [Not on ASC yet; I'm pretty sure it is on my
site when iTools comes back on line]
Remove YahooGroups Ads <http://applescriptcentral.com/ftpinwin.php?id=231>

One thing this has done is to identify several scripts I ought to send to
Erik for ASC!
