Seeing as how Apple only plans to provide the anemic, non-multi-SMTP and née
NeXT Mail.app as an e-mail choice under os X, I'm wondering what *real*
e-mail options os X users will have available to them?
Outlook Express does not appear to be a likely candidate, as MS has most
likely end-of-life'd it in favor of Entourage. Entourage is only available
with MS-Office, and frankly, it's not worth that much (single version,
anyone?). Other mail clients are neither here nor there, are either not
ready (like the eternally beta PowerMail), or are missing features that
users of OE have grown accustomed to.
Will MS step up to that plate?
