Respectfully, this is not the kind of fiction that belongs in a discussion
about security. It is not possible to read the "flux" of monitor and
reconstruct any screen.

And, were there some theoretical way to do that, it would not be "even
easier" than reading keyboard keys, as you suggest.

It is occassionally possible to see a patterned phosphor burn on the inside
of a coated CRT, if the image has been present over a sustained period
(hence my mother's woes when the TV became permanently "ponged" from Atari
playing.)
