But they won't. That's the default setting format for Outlook for PC. It IS
possible for them to change it just for particular contacts (like you) to
plain text. So that's what you can ask for. It won't be any different than
what you're already seeing, though, so it's hardly worth their bother, but
you can ask. What they _can't_ do is change it just for you to HTML - that
setting doesn't exist. They _could_ change their settings to make HTML the
default for everyone (if they have Outlook 2000 or Outlook 98), but they
won't, and you shouldn't ask. If they did that, a lot more people would
object, because a lot of users still can't read HTML, including people using
Outlook 97. So you'll just have to put up with plain text.
