I'm hoping to get Entourage working in OS X so I can start being productive
in the new OS. Here's the problem: I already had OS 9.1 installed and then
did the OS X install. Classic took forever to boot. So I did a clean OS
9.1 install and that booted with Classic in a few minutes. Not great but
not too bad. The problem is that when I open Erage in Classic it only has
an empty database, even though it has my user name and is in the same
location as it always was. I tried copying all the MS Office and entourage
preferences I could find to the new 9.1 install, but still I can't get my
user data to show up. When I go to switch identities the only one that's
listed is my normal one, so there is none to switch to. Any insight into
why this is happening is appreciated.
BTW, anyone working on Applescripts for Erage and OS X yet?
